Indianda Fall Series comes to Milligan Park. Saturday, October 4th.

The Montgomery County Disc Golf Club (MCDGC) is a non-profit community organization dedicated to playing and promoting the sport of disc golf in Montgomery County.  Membership is open to anyone who is interested in disc golf and in serving their community. MCDGC has partnered with Milligan Park, and the Crawfordsville Parks and Recreation department. Club members took on the challenge of securing local business hole sponsors, designed the layout and all associated signage, expanded the original 9 holes to the current 22 hole course, installed a message center, and assists in maintaining the disc golf course at Milligan Park.  In addition, the MCDGC runs leagues, 2 nights per week, throughout the year, and also sponsors local, state, and fund raising tournaments.

Disc golf is a sport for all ages and skill levels. The object is to throw a specialized golf disc from a tee pad, into a target called a basket, in the fewest shots possible. The game is free to play in Milligan Park. The MCDGC and its members are available to run or assist with events for any group or organization that would like to try disc golf. For information on joining the MCDGC, or to get help organizing a disc golf event 'CONTACT US' or request to 'join our group' on our 'FACEBOOK' page.
